JOB DESCRIPTION

Community Corrections Technician III (CCT-III)

Reports To: Program Coordinator/Program Director

Duties:
1. Responsible for supervision of Technicians  I and II.
2. Responsible for scheduling of work shifts of all Technicians.   
3. Responsible for maintaining security of the facility. 
4. Responsible for maintaining Department of Corrections and Health Department standards as they pertain to the facility.
5. Responsible to evaluating the progress of Technicians under your supervision in conjunction with the Program Director and or Program Coordinator.
6. Attends all staff, staff/resident and supervisors meetings.
7. Responsible for conducting resident meetings.
8. Responsible for facility adherence to CMI Policy and Procedures manual.
9. Responsible for the initial approval of Technicians annual leave, holiday leave, sick leave, etc.

Requirements:

B.A. in Criminal Justice or related Social Service field.  One year experience in community corrections.  Experience can be substituted for education.  Must be certified in First Aid and CPR.

Salary: $28,000-$35,000
