CMI provides comprehensive residential treatment services to offenders. Each client is assessed by professional staff utilizing instruments designed to elicit crinimogenic needs and offender risks. A clearly defined, individualized, treatment plan is developed with the client which systematically moves the client toward increasing responsibility and self-awareness while providing appropriate supervision to enhance community safety.

Our goal is to release clients with skill appropriate employment, cash savings, suitable housing, addiction free lifestyle, enhanced impulse control, and improved problem solving skills.  Clients are transferred from residential to community aftercare in accordance with clearly defined criteria established in conjunction with local authorities.
