Chrystal Owin

Chrystal began her correctional career in 1994 and has worked with both juveniles and adults.  She holds a Bachelors in Social Work from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.

Gregg Hendrickson, M.S.

Gregg has been a community corrections professional since 1987.  He holds a Masters degree in Criminology from California State University.  Gregg has served as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado, Boulder.  He is certified as a trainer in Standardized Offender Assessments, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, and Case Management Classification.  He has served on Colorado’s state wide training consortium since 1993.

Jim Tanner, Ph.D.

Jim has been a community corrections professional since 1970.  He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Illinois.  He has worked with both adult and juvenile offenders in a wide variety of capacities, served on the faculty of three universities, and has provided training for corrections professionals since 1980. Jim is the author of Quick Skills, the cognitive restructuring program used by CMI. His work has been nationally recognized.
